You’ll practice at a tertiary care center with 25 main operating rooms (plus off-site/ambulatory locations), caring for American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) III–IV patients across a broad case mix within a supportive care-team model.     • Compensation & incentives: Base aligned to AAMC Western Region tables with additional hourly pay ($248/hour) for work above the expected week, sign-on bonus ($20,000), relocation ($15,000), paid time off (26 days), and continuing medical education (5 days / $4,000). Earning potential with call and incentives: $550,000+.
