Procedures/Cases: Consultations, comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, preventative and/or therapeutic treatment of diseases, disorders, and/or conditions of the oral cavity, maxillofacial area and/or the adjacent associated structures.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Requirements: General Dentists must possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and have an active license in any state or United States Territory. Must have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and must have a Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
Patients per day: 12.
Practice Setting: Veteran Affairs Clinic.
Scope: 100% Adult Veterans.
Any Unrestricted State License.
Certifications required: Provider must have an Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Provider must also be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
