  2. Our “Session Code” workflow allows healthcare teams to link ANY interpretation device to your EHR to automatically exchange crucial information with the patient’s chart.
  3. Our “Video Visits” workflow allows healthcare teams to easily add medical interpreters to telehealth visits using the platform native to Epic, with language selection and documentation automated.

In-person interpreting is advised for group settings, trauma situations, or cases involving visual or cognitive limitations where physical presence enhances communication
