RN must be willing to perform all service level nursing (routine, GIP, continuous, and respite), must be willing to perform admission, SIA and death visits, must be licensed in WA and preferably OR state nursing board, have a reliable vehicle to cover a 60 mile service radius (mileage will be covered at IRS standard rate), clean background check in WA and OR, drug screening, Influenza/TB/Covid vaccination records, and valid auto insurance. Coordinate appointments for specialty consults, procedures, diagnostic testing, and support services within established service lines.
  • Deliver ongoing patient and caregiver education related to diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, symptom management, self-injection techniques, specialty-specific devices, and disease self-management. Monitor treatment response, identify side effects or dose-limiting toxicities, communicate findings to treating providers, and implement timely interventions.
