An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Primary Care APP team. Position Highlights:
  • Independent patient panel
  • Team-based primary care model
  • Support-style APP role available for candidates not seeking a full panel
  • 16–18 patients/day target
  • EPIC with AI scribes
  • Shared clinic call rotation; triage nurse takes first call, escalates to MDs if needed.
  • 1:14 days weekday call
  • 1:12 weekend call
Ideal Candidate:
  • 3+ years primary care experience Comfortable practicing independently
  • Able to manage chronic and complex conditions
Compensation:
  • Starting salary ranges from $130K–$170K+ based on experience
  •  RVU bonus opportunity available
  •  $10K sign-on bonus
  • $10K relocation assistance
  • Potential additional $20K locality differential for Mill City location
  • 34 days PTO year one
  •  CME allowance + licensure reimbursement
