The Admissions and Discharge Unit is a 16-bed intermediate care unit where you will care for patients with diagnoses such as diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), alcohol withdrawal, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) exacerbation, sickle cell crisis, congestive heart failure (CHF) exacerbation, renal failure, dehydration, and incision and drainage (I&D). To qualify, you must have a minimum of 18 months of progressive care unit RN experience within the last 3 years and hold an active RN license.
