Vance was born and raised in Southern California and graduated college at San Diego State University. Shortly after graduating college, he found his first career at AMN Healthcare where he excelled as a Healthcare Recruiter. With over 6 years of experience in the industry, he built his way up to Senior Recruitment Manager II and has placed hundreds of travel clinicians on their ideal assignments at various hospitals across the country. He takes pride in providing high quality service and strives to develop lasting relationships with the clinicians that he works with. When he is not working as a recruiter, he likes to go on hikes in San Diego, relax at the beach, and hang out with friends.
