Travel Physical Therapist Job Duties

  • Observe, diagnose, and treat physical problems resulting from injury or other illness
  • Create treatment plans based on patient medical history and notes from physicians or other medical experts
  • Include family members or advocates in conversations surrounding patient care
  • Monitor and document patient progress and prepare patients for discharge when the time is right
  • Helps family members with at-home techniques to help patients further recover after leaving facilities
