This is a unique opportunity to help guide a well-established but evolving program at a pivotal moment, as the department defines its long-term direction and growth strategy.The program includes a successful viral vector manufacturing facility and testing laboratory with a strong foundation in gene therapy and an established history of NIH-supported work. With recent leadership transitions and changes in funding, IU is seeking a leader who can bring vision, clinical insight, and strategic direction to its next phase.The Opportunity·       Provide clinical and translational strategic leadership for the Cell and Gene Therapy program·       Help define the future direction of the program and service offerings·       Guide clinical regulatory, compliance, and implementation efforts·       Collaborate across clinical, laboratory, and research teams·       Contribute to program growth, partnerships, and funding strategy·       Step into a program with a strong legacy and help shape its future within a major academic health system.The ProgramThe Cell and Gene Therapy program is part of a comprehensive Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics, supported by a strong clinical and research infrastructure. Leadership RoleThe Clinical Director will play a central role in shaping the program’s trajectory.
