Assist in the development and education of new staff members. Attends and participates in staff meetings. Completes education, training, and competencies for department specific skills. Successfully adapts to changes in the unit, environment, and work flow. Assures all patient charge items are charged and documented correctly. Utilizes department resources appropriately.
