Demonstrates intraoperative competency as an RNFA: manual dexterity, suturing and litigating, providing hemostasis, exposing the surgical site, position, prepping and draping. Assist in the development and education of new staff members. Attends and participates in staff meetings. Completes education, training, and competencies for department specific skills.
