  • The AVP of Pharmacy Services will provide strategic direction and leadership across all inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services, ensuring best practices and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader will oversee a team of six direct reports and 175 FTEs.
  • This leader will assess and optimize pharmacy operations across the continuum, lead the implementation of a 340B program, evaluate the transition from outsourced to insourced services through a SWOT analysis, and develop a strategic roadmap aligned with 2027 goals, including defined KPIs to measure success.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner with the ability to drive meaningful changes. This leader must possess strong operational expertise in implementing and optimizing 340B programs, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, and oncology service line pharmaceuticals.
  • This position will be based at the Mary Washington facility, with regular travel to the Stafford location.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required, Master’s degree and Pharm D preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience required, including progressive leadership experience across inpatient, outpatient, and retail settings.
