Conducts and administers fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, establishing rates for services, and coordinating financial reporting. Consults with medical, business, and community groups to discuss service problems, respond to community needs, enhance public relations, coordinate activities and plans, and promote health programs. Maintains communication between governing boards, medical staff, and department heads by attending board meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning. Qualifications: Maintains valid licensure/certifications. Previous experience in a leadership position required. Previous experience in long-term care preferred. Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft products Outlook, Word, Excel) required. BSN or BS Degree or above in Healthcare Administration or Nursing preferred. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources preferred.
