Fetal scalp electrodes and IUPCs high risk AP and high risk deliveries Patient Population (Diagnoses): 20% High Risk – Diabetics, Pre-Eclampsia, Advanced Maternal Age, low incidence of HIV & hard drug abuse. MUST BE competent & comfortable looking after high risk, MgSO4 infusions. IDDM, placenta Previa, maternal cardiac hx, twins, lupus. C-Sections, tubal ligations, D&C, post amnio.
