Cath lab personnel provide care in conjunction with the Cardiologist and Cardiology Fellows. The charge staff member does not have a patient assignment. BLS and ACLS are required. Our cath lab has 5 cardiology procedure suites, and one peripheral vascular suite, in addition to a hybrid OR suite. Skills that will be utilized: Assess and monitor patient during diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures, diagnostic and peripheral vascular procedures. Sedation, anticoagulant administration, management of STEMI, shock and critical patients. Experience with IABP, Impella, Ekos, MacLab hemodynamics, Rotablator, IVUS, Philips imaging system, Epic EHR, CSI atherectomy, PCI.
