The Position: The President & Chief Executive Officer of CRH serves as the organization’s top executive leader, responsible for guiding the strategy, operations, financial performance, and cultural direction of the health system. Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, the President & CEO will provide decisive, transparent, and forward-looking leadership to ensure CRH delivers high-quality, patient-centered care while navigating the evolving needs of the community and the complexities of today’s healthcare environment. This executive will oversee all system functions—including clinical operations, financial stewardship, workforce engagement, medical staff relations, and strategic growth—and will collaborate closely with the Board, medical staff, and senior leadership team to advance organizational priorities. The President & CEO will lead efforts to strengthen organizational stability, improve operational performance, drive excellence in quality and safety, and position CRH for sustainable long-term success. The Ideal Candidate:
- Master’s degree in hospital administration (MHA), business administration (MBA), or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience required, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive leadership capacity strongly preferred.
- Prior CEO experience highly preferred.
- Experience within an independent, community-based health care environment.
