Labor and Delivery unit includes 5 LDRP’s, 1 Observation, 2 Triage. Baby Friendly Designated Hospital; Leap Frog Best Maternity Hospital 65 bed community hospital located in the foothills of western NC mountains. Labor and Delivery (LD) unit, based in exciting Asheville delivers 4,000 babies every year (330 BPM); 16 LDR, 6 OB ED, 10 Antepartum, 3 OR, 4 PACU. 700+ bed Level 2 Trauma center.
