High acuity ICU. Experience with Open heart, Neuro, CRRT experience. 30 Bed SICU-MICU-Neuro. Schedule includes working every other weekend, and every other Holiday; calling in sick on a weekend Friday 7p-Monday 7am will require making up the sick call on the following weekend Floating is an expectation of this contract should ICU experience low census. No RTO for holidays.

Careful consideration is given depending on the circumstance • Equipment: bedside telemetry, ventilators, bipap/cpap, ventriculostomy’s, Arterial lines, central lines, arctic sun, CRRT, Zoll, etc. • EMR: EPIC • Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years ICU, inpatient only • Preferred Skillset/Experience: care of acute stroke, trauma and surgical patients Comprehensive stroke center, level 2 trauma center

Years of experience required: 3 years of ICU RN experience or more. Patient ratio: 2:1-Occasionally because of staffing demands or patients that 1:1 care, we do a 3:1 ratio on some of our more stable patients. This is done on a rotating basis depending on whose turn it is to take the 3 patient assignments.
