As a Travel RN-ICU, you will need an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 2 years of recent experience in intensive care unit (ICU) settings. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is required. Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include experience with advanced life support, ventilator management, and critical care protocols.
