  • The Director of Medical Staff Services will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital’s credentialing team, ensuring regulatory and institutional compliance with all state and organizational requirements.
  • This role will support the operations for three hospitals within the Asante Health System.
  • This leader will be responsible for modernizing MDStaff operations with the ultimate goal of transitioning the organization into a unified single medical staff model. They will standardize and streamline operational processes while updating and revitalizing outdated bylaws.
  • The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop staff while engaging in candid conversations that inspire meaningful change. A modern way of thinking, along with a proactive communication style and a solutions-oriented mindset, will be essential to success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Provider Enrollment Specialist Certification (or ability to obtain within one year of hire) and Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) certification required.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience as a manager or credentialing staff coordinator is required.

  • The Director of Foundation Development provides leadership in formulating the foundation’s mission, goals, objectives, and policies and is responsible for cultivating and advancing donor relationships that lead to philanthropic support for Asante.
  • This role will report to the SVP, Chief Philanthropy Officer.
  • This leader will be responsible for implementing successful fundraising plans and meeting the financial performance goals established in the foundation’s strategic plan, while assisting team leads with assigned initiatives
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated year-over-year fundraising growth experience. They should be a professional individual capable of communicating effectively, self-motivated, collaborative, and attentive to the needs of others.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of eight years’ experience raising revenue and developing, managing, and implementing multimillion-dollar strategic or business plans, foundation initiatives, development programs, or health program management is required.
