Strong physician partnership, operational discipline, and visible leadership presence will be essential for success. The Vice President will be expected to bring deep subject matter expertise in women’s and neonatal services while also leading cultural, operational, and quality transformation. The role reports to the newly appointed Associate Chief Nursing Officer and partners closely with physician leadership, including the Chief of Obstetrics, to align nursing, medical, and operational priorities. The Ideal Candidate:  

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Master’s degree in nursing or health care management, business or related field.
• Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia.
• Eight (8) or more years of job-related experience with four (4) or more years in nursing leadership to included experience at the director level or higher.
• The ideal candidate is an experienced women’s services executive (current VP, AVP, or CNO) who combines strategic vision with hands-on operational leadership. This individual must be highly visible, decisive, and comfortable leading in a complex, fast-paced academic essential environment.

• The Outpatient Infusion Manager will hold the vital role of overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Northwest Georgia Oncology Centers' established Infusion Service Line.
• This leader will provide strategic and operational leadership for a growing outpatient oncology and infusion practice, overseeing 30+ FTEs across nursing, clinical, and support teams while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
• The Manager will partner closely with three physicians and three NP/Physician Assistants, as well as the existing Nurse Manager and Practice Manager, to optimize clinical workflows, strengthen provider relationships, and ensure staff confidence and engagement.
• This leader will support continued growth and expansion, including the consolidation into a single office, overseeing operations across 17 infusion chairs and managing increasing patient volumes. 
• Serve as a hands-on leader with the ability to step into clinical operations during emergencies as needed. Must bring strong clinical judgment and credibility with outpatient oncology and infusion experience.

• The Director of Pharmacy provides oversight, direction, strategic planning, and coordination to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient use of medications across all operational, clinical, and financial pharmacy services at Wellstar’s newest hospital, Columbia County Medical Center.
