Works collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner. Plans and directs the short and long range objectives/goals of the company to meet its financial and non-financial goals. Ensures synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals. Attracts, trains, develops, and retains talent to ensure business needs are met. Drives and builds revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance. Communicates key information to respective stakeholders. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.The Ideal Candidate 

• Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field. 
• Significant hospital managerial experience- 5-10 Years of CEO experience preferred. CEO experience in a Critical Access Hospital environment highly preferred. 
• Record of success in quality outcomes, physician relations, finance, planning and marketing of hospital programs and services. 
• Keen focus on daily operational excellence in complex and competitive markets. 
• Strong work ethic, high integrity, outstanding interpersonal skills. 

The OrganizationCoquille Valley Hospital is a $47M net revenue Critical Access Hospital located in Coquille, OR. The 51,000-square-foot facility was built in 2012. Compensation Range

• The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
