Drives and builds revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance. Communicates key information to respective stakeholders. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and policies.The Ideal Candidate 
  • Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field. 
  • Significant hospital managerial experience- 5-10 Years of CEO experience preferred. CEO experience in a Critical Access Hospital environment highly preferred. 
  • Record of success in quality outcomes, physician relations, finance, planning and marketing of hospital programs and services.

Compensation Range
  • The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
