The clinic’s hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The schedule for this assignment is a full-time 5-day workweek consisting of five 8-hour day shifts, totaling 40 hours per week. There is no on-call requirement, so your evenings and weekends remain predictable and free for rest, exploration, or personal commitments. Your daily responsibilities will include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, providing therapeutic exercise and manual therapy interventions, and progressing patients safely toward their functional goals. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate EMR documentation, participation in team discussions regarding patient progress, and regular communication with referring providers as needed. Patient care emphasizes evidence-based practice, strong patient education, and empowering individuals to be active partners in their recovery. The clinic environment is designed to support both patient outcomes and therapist success, with access to modern therapy equipment and treatment spaces suitable for one-on-one care, functional training, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
