The clinic supports a strong post-operative caseload, giving you the opportunity to build depth in orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation while working with motivated patients focused on returning to function. You will manage an outpatient caseload of approximately 12 visits per day, allowing time for thorough evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and meaningful patient education. The setting emphasizes post-operative orthopedic care, including common procedures such as joint replacements, ligament reconstructions, arthroscopic surgeries, and other musculoskeletal interventions. Typical responsibilities include performing comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations, developing and progressing evidence-based treatment plans, coordinating care with referring providers, and documenting efficiently in the clinic’s EMR. You will work closely with a collaborative clinical team that values communication, shared problem-solving, and high-quality outcomes. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 7:20 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., aligned with a 5×8 day shift schedule to support work-life balance and predictable routines.
