The expectation is approximately 12 patient visits per day, with a focus on efficient, high-quality, evidence-based care. On-call responsibilities are not anticipated, allowing you to maintain a healthier work–life balance. You will be responsible for full-scope outpatient PT services, including initial evaluations, individualized plan-of-care development, manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions, patient and family education, and ongoing reassessment to support functional goals. A typical day will include conducting comprehensive evaluations, determining appropriate treatment pathways for a range of orthopedic presentations, and coordinating with other members of the care team as needed. You will document all treatments and communications in the clinic’s electronic medical record system, adhering to internal standards and regulatory requirements. With a consistent, high-volume schedule, this role offers an excellent opportunity to build clinical experience, sharpen time management skills, and strengthen your professional portfolio in outpatient orthopedics.
