Jonathan Fenton serves as the Vice President of Internal Audit and is responsible for leading AMN Healthcare’s Internal Audit program and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance program. He also has oversight of the company’s management of financial forensic investigations.
Prior to joining AMN Healthcare in 2018, Mr. Fenton was Vice President of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management for one of Australia’s largest real estate and property management companies. Previously, he led the Internal Audit and Risk functions for a global construction and building materials company spanning Asia, Australia and the U.S. Jonathan spent the first half of his career at KPMG in the U.S. and Australia providing audit, advisory and SOX services in the financial services, healthcare, and real estate industries.
Mr. Fenton graduated from Wake Forest University with a Master of Science in Accounting and Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is a CPA and holds LEAN Six Sigma and PRINCE2 project management credentials. He is passionate about health and wellness and community involvement as an active supporter of Habitat For Humanity and Girls on the Run
