In-Person Interpreting (IPI) Services are available to IPI activated accounts only. If you are unsure if your account has this service activated, please reach out to your account manager.

IMPORTANT & TIME SENSITIVE: If your request date and time is in less than 3 business days, please submit your request, once you receive your case number, please call customer service at 855-663-1231 to advise you placed an urgent InPerson interpreter request and provide the case number for escalation.
