2 years of experience in a setting that handles a significant amount of infusion (can be inpatient or outpatient). Experience with administration of IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, blood products and other types of infusions. Experience with handling of hazardous medication. Experience with management of hypersensitivity reaction. Strong IV access skills (peripheral, PICC, and port). Chemo-biotherapy certification is not required but is a plus

Ambulatory experience, previous SHC experience preferred, Allergy assessment skills/ experience preferred Injections, food challenge, reaction experience preferred must have previous epic experience, please submit all RTO with submission (less RTO preferred)
