The area’s strong healthcare presence and growing population provide excellent stability and professional opportunity for nurses seeking to build a long-term career in women’s and children’s services. The hospital features a dedicated Labor and Delivery unit with on-site surgical services and close collaboration with an on-unit or nearby NICU for newborns requiring higher levels of care. The environment is fast-paced yet supportive, with a strong focus on safe, evidence-based obstetric and neonatal care. This position is an excellent fit for an RN who is passionate about Labor and Delivery, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to provide meaningful, life-changing care to growing families in a thriving Colorado community. Experience in L&D is required, and there is strong opportunity to further develop skills in high-acuity obstetrics, fetal monitoring, and collaboration with NICU services as part of a cohesive women’s and children’s care continuum.
