Join Swope Health, a nationally recognized FQHC, as their next PACE KC Program Director! ?The Position
  • The PACE KC Program Director will provide overall leadership and oversight for the PACE program, ensuring effective administration, regulatory compliance, quality care delivery, and program growth.
  • Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and in collaboration with the Board of Managers, this Program Director will manage a comprehensive network of clinical and support services for older adults, including medical care, home services, transportation, and day health centers.
  • This leader will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the PACE program, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including CMS certification and reporting requirements. Additionally, the Program Director will direct quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance participant outcomes and operational excellence.
  • The Program Director will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting a multidisciplinary team of staff and contractors to maintain high standards of care and service delivery. 
  • Additional responsibilities include the oversight of financial performance while ensuring the fiscal sustainability and growth of the program.
  • Drive long-term strategic planning, expansion initiatives, and policy development to ensure the continued success of Swope Health’s PACE program. This includes guiding marketing and outreach strategies to promote enrollment growth and community engagement.
  • The ideal candidate is a hands-on, collaborative leader with a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive results. Additionally, this leader must be adaptive, communicative, and bring exceptional decision-making and business acumen skills to ensure that the program can achieve both long- and short-term goals. 
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in health administration and/or related field is required. 
  • Previous PACE experience is required. 
  • FQHC experience is strongly preferred.
