  • Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director will develop and execute strategic business development plans designed to grow priority service lines, including orthopedics, cardiology, and general surgery. 
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, medical staff, nursing departments, and physician offices to support communication, collaboration, and organizational alignment. 
  • Identify new growth opportunities and implement strategies that enhance physician engagement, referral development, and market presence.
  • This leader will oversee and mentor a team of Professional Relationship Managers (PRMs), providing guidance, direction, and accountability for departmental goals and outreach initiatives.  
  • Coordinate internal and external communication efforts to ensure physicians and office staff remain informed about hospital services, programs, and capabilities. 
  • Evaluate opportunities for improvement (OFIs), develop action plans, and lead initiatives that address operational or relationship-based challenges. 
  • Must represent the organization in the community through consistent visibility, relationship-building, and service excellence initiatives while supporting additional strategic projects assigned.
