Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: 2x a month, every other week from 8a-5p
· Practice Setting: Outpatient
· Scope: Physical Medicine/Orthopedic Sports Injuries
· Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
· State Licensure: Active State License
· Requirements: cervical/thoracic/lumbar RFA, cervical/lumbar facet injections, cervical/lumbar ESI/TFESI injections, SI joint, medial branch blocks, nerve root injections.
