The Position
The Sr. Director of Decision Support & Business Analytics is responsible for providing strategic leadership and enterprise oversight of financial modeling, business intelligence, decision support, and advanced analytics at El Camino Health.
This leader will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
Key projects and initiatives will focus on transforming El Camino Health’s decision support and business analytics function through innovative technology and AI, creating greater efficiency and strengthening data-driven decision-making across the organization. This leader will guide the team through this evolution while fostering engagement and adoption along the way.
The ideal candidate will be a highly accomplished healthcare finance and analytics leader. This individual will bring strong executive presence, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative, forward-thinking leadership style.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to translate complex information into meaningful strategic insight and successfully lead teams through change.
Demonstrated AI and technology literacy, coupled with sound judgment around the appropriate application of emerging technologies, will be essential.
A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in business analytics and financial planning, coupled with at least 10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting, is required.
Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $280,000 to $339,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The Position
The Senior Director, Integrated Talent & People Strategy will design and execute a unified talent ecosystem that strengthens attraction, retention, development, mobility, belonging, and well-being, ensuring the employee experience operates as a connected system that advances the mission, culture, and growth the El Camino Health care system.
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this leader will oversee three direct reports and teams supporting Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and DEI.
Responsibilities include developing and executing a clear people strategy roadmap, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved, that enhances the employee and manager experience as the organization grows. Key priorities include partnering with operations on workforce planning for the new hospital, expanding employee development and leadership opportunities at all levels across the organization.
The ideal candidate must be results-driven with a demonstrated track record of delivering tangible outcomes. They should possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with proven collaboration and change management capabilities. The candidate must be adept at working with senior executives and effective at building strong relationships.
This role is open to working Hybrid with three days in office, and two working remotely.
SHRM certifications preferred, PHR or SPHR, and PMP certification preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience including strategic roles in talent management, workforce planning, HR operations or HR business partnership required.
