In this role, you will work on-site within a public school district setting, supporting a K–12 caseload. You will provide services to students across grade levels, from kindergarten through high school, giving you the opportunity to work with a broad range of communication disorders and developmental profiles. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and maintaining compliance with all applicable education and special education regulations. Daily responsibilities typically include evaluating students referred for speech and language concerns, developing IEP goals, providing direct therapy in both individual and group formats, and monitoring and documenting student progress. You will participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and school staff on classroom strategies, consult with families, and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary approach for each student. You can expect to work closely with special education teams, school psychologists, occupational therapists, and other related service providers to ensure coordinated, student-centered care. The anticipated schedule is full-time during the school year, with approximately 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is an on-site position; teletherapy options are not available.
