Unit Notes – Unit: PT, OT, Speech – Marian & Arroyo Grande (home based care) – Certs: Speech – do they prefer/require CCC-SLP and/or CCC-A credential? BLS required – EMR: Cerner – Rehab Aides/OTA/PTA: yes – usually will be perm staff though – Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend – Holidays: minor holidays, major only if needed – Scrub Color/Uniform: business attire with white lab coat, no jeans – Outpatient and Inpatient: N/A – Shifts: flexible, majority of work hours are M-F 8am-5pm – What areas are they required to cover: they will be assigned to a geographical region – Floor specific orientation: 1.5-2 weeks – Common diagnosis / Types of patients: PT/OT – ortho, strokes, ortho, joints, spinal injuries speech – anything – Additional Notes: Candidates must have experience with Oasis (gov’t mandated form). Must also have one year experience working PT/OT/Sp, home setting experience is preferred but not required.
