Yes, we do have a training program for those who only have a small amount of exposure. You do not have to be certified to be an interpreter; we have resources to help you.

  • What type of career path does AMN offer?

A lot of promotions here at AMN are internal for our certified supervisors. Ele and Damian share more of their story on how they became a supervisor and manager.

  • Do you hire remote and in person interpreters?

  • What would you say is the number one thing to keep in the back of your head as you are becoming an interpreter?

Damian says to always have positive self-talk, tell yourself you are the best interpreter there ever was. Always be positive and work hard to reach your goals.
