Santosh Bhilegaonkar is responsible for AMN Healthcare’s Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Automation and IT operations. Mr. Bhilegaonkar and his team are responsible for all the automation of credentialing documents and other business process improvements.
Prior to joining AMN in 2019, Mr. Bhilegaonkar held leadership roles in Global IT Applications at Bausch and Lomb where he led various global ERP implementations and setup offshore operations in India and the Philippines. He has more than 30 years of experience in building global teams supporting application, business process optimization and has passion in improving operation efficiency.
Mr. Bhilegaonkar graduated from the SGGS college of Engineering in Nanded, India with a degree in Computer Engineering and completed his MBA at the St. John Fisher University of Rochester, New York. He is passionate about fighting child hunger and supports a children’s orphanage in Pune, India, providing contributions toward healthy diet initiatives to support growth.
