The RN will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and other team members to coordinate individualized care plans, support clinical decision-making, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. The outpatient infusion center operates on a structured schedule designed to balance patient access and staff workload. This position is scheduled for four shifts per week, with shifts typically structured in 8- to 10-hour blocks during daytime clinic hours. The schedule provides a consistent framework while still allowing some flexibility in coverage for clinic needs. Patient assignments and nurse-to-patient ratios are managed to support safe, attentive care, with consideration of patient acuity, treatment complexity, and daily infusion volumes.
