Weekly Pay*
Provide direct patient care under the direct supervision of the surgeon, and the circulating Registered Nurse consistent with the established standards of practice, the goals of Mercy Health, the philosophy of the Sister’s of Mercy and the Employee Code of Conduct. Efficiently set-up surgical cases in multiple specialty disciplines, providing equipment and supplies based on patient needs and surgeon preference. Demonstrate technical skills related to: creating and maintaining a sterile field; performing instrument, sponge, and sharp counts; and assisting other OR staff per patient safety and direct patient care policies.
