Lead with financial excellence as the Controller for Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic, an innovative and growing organization, in Gillette, Wyoming! The Position
  • The Controller will serve as a key member of the executive Finance team and will be responsible for the oversight and management of all accounting operations throughout Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic. 
  • The Controller will strive to maintain engagement in all financial operations areas and will ensure survey and audit readiness. 
  • This leader is the primary advisor and strategic partner to the health system’s executive team as they work to create and achieve financial goals. 
  • The Controller will coordinate all aspects of the interim and annual external audit; build and maintain company financial policies and controls; prepare financial statements and narratives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; develop high-functioning teams; and lead five-year planning efforts for operational and capital budgets.
  • Utilize data-informed decision-making processes, as well as keep abreast of all relevant business issues, market trends, and significant risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. 
  • Strong Physician Practice experience is required.

  • The Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible for all aspects of revenue cycle management for the multi-specialty Health and Wellness Clinic.
  • Ideal candidate will collaborate extensively with finance, compliance, clinical operations, and leaders to ensure the execution of a fully integrated, clinically driven revenue cycle. 
  • Seeking an empowered leader who will deliver comprehensive reporting to senior management that communicates relevant trends, KPIs, and analytical insight into performance.
  • Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to) staffing, planning, delegating tasks, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving root causes of finance-related issues.
  • This is an on-site position. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred.
