  • The Director of Revenue Integrity is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the development and advancement of revenue integrity across Southeast Georgia Health System.
  • Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, this leader will oversee two direct reports.
  • Key responsibilities include strengthening charge reconciliation and charge capture processes, overseeing Charge Description Master (CDM) governance, reducing revenue leakage and preventable denials, and serving as a trusted resource to departments across the organization on revenue integrity opportunities and challenges.
  • The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, hands-on leader with strong emotional intelligence and deep revenue integrity subject matter expertise. This individual should be collaborative, approachable, and skilled at building relationships across departments while bringing the experience and fresh perspective needed to develop a growing function.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of eight years of progressive revenue integrity, revenue cycle, or healthcare finance experience is required, with expertise in CDM, charge capture, coding, billing, reimbursement, and payer rules.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and teams required; experience with Cerner, Epic, Meditech, or a similar EHR and relevant professional certification preferred.

  • The Director of Patient Financial Services is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for patient financial operations and professional billing across Southeast Georgia Health System and Cooperative Healthcare Services, Inc.
  • Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle, this leader will oversee three direct reports.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing patient financial operations, strengthening denial management, addressing CMS and compliance challenges, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and financial performance.
  • The ideal candidate will be a visible, hands-on, and collaborative leader who can build trust with a highly experienced team while bringing fresh perspectives and new ideas. This individual should be a strong problem solver with sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to navigate complex reimbursement challenges while driving meaningful operational improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of five years of progressive patient financial services, patient accounting, business office, or revenue cycle leadership experience within a healthcare setting, including experience at the Manager or Director level.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital and professional billing, accounts receivable, collections, reimbursement, denial management, and CMS/regulatory requirements required; professional certification preferred, though equivalent experience and demonstrated competency will be considered.
