Fiscal year 2024 net revenue was approximately $785M.The PositionThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborates with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer and the Board.   • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance or accounting required.

  • Minimum 5+ years at a CFO or VP level required.

  • Strong experience with healthcare revenue cycle principles and functions.

  • Aligns financial strategy with the organization’s mission, vision, and values while turning strategy into actionable plans.
  • Serves as a credible, articulate voice across the health system; communicates complex financial issues clearly at all levels, including the Board.
