Shifts are typically daytime hours with some flexibility based on facility needs and patient census. Weekend and holiday rotations may be required to ensure consistent therapy services for residents. Productivity expectations are designed to be reasonable and achievable while still allowing time for quality patient interactions and accurate documentation.
