You will conduct comprehensive evaluations that may include articulation, expressive and receptive language, fluency, voice, and social communication, using both standardized assessments and informal tools. You will develop, maintain, and update the speech/language sections of IEPs, including present levels, measurable goals, service minutes, and progress monitoring plans. You will attend IEP meetings as an active member of the multidisciplinary team, sharing evaluation findings, progress updates, and recommendations with families, teachers, and administrators. Regular documentation of therapy sessions and timely completion of progress reports are essential components of this role, in line with district and regulatory requirements.
