In addition, there is an ongoing need for pediatric services, giving you the opportunity to treat children with general developmental, orthopedic, and neurologic needs in a supportive setting. A typical day in this role includes performing comprehensive evaluations, creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and delivering hands-on care through therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, and patient education. You will manage a full schedule of patients, document all care in an electronic medical record, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes. Outpatient patient volumes are designed to support effective, individualized care while allowing you to maintain productivity standards. In the small inpatient acute care area, you will see a limited number of patients each day, focusing on safety, functional mobility, and readiness for discharge. This is a full-time, temp-direct role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week, working day shifts in a 5×8-hour format. The structure offers stability and routine, with consistent daytime hours that support work-life balance.
