You will play a key role in recommending safe diet levels and compensatory strategies, making instrumental assessment recommendations, and contributing to discharge planning to support safe transitions of care. The position is structured as a full-time, day-shift schedule, working five 8-hour shifts per week for a total of 40 hours.
