You will collaborate closely with emergency physicians, hospitalists, and nursing staff, becoming a key resource during off-hours when rapid imaging decisions can significantly impact patient outcomes. This position follows a consistent 7 nights on / 7 nights off schedule, offering extended stretches of time off to rest, travel, or enjoy the natural surroundings and community amenities in Richland Center. A typical night can include general diagnostic radiography such as chest, extremity, spine, and abdominal studies, as well as CT examinations including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and specialized protocols for trauma and stroke evaluation. You will be responsible for patient positioning, exam setup, contrast administration where applicable, image acquisition, and ensuring that completed studies are transmitted promptly for interpretation.
