Supervisor Responsibilities N/A Language Skills Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. Must be able to communicate with and provide accurate explanations and instructions about the procedure to the patient, significant others and other health care providers. Must be able to read, analyze and interpret documents necessary to provide adequate, quality patient care. Skills Basic computer knowledge. · Strong communication skills. · Excellent customer service skills. Work Environment · The job requires potential exposure to infectious waste and an assortment of chemicals and pharmaceuticals as well as foul odors. · The noise level is moderate to occasionally loud, occasional interactions with belligerent and/or aggressive patients and significant others are possible.
