Performs monitor technician duties and unit secretarial clerical duties while acting as a communication center for the nursing unit. Observes patients cardiac telemetry oximetry and maintains records, documents in EMR, prints strips and reports any pertinent rhythm or rate changes especially life-threatening dysrhythmias and desaturations and provide patient reports. Must have the ability to effectively interact with customers to understand their needs & explain data.
