AMN Healthcare and the Ohio Hospital Association (OHA) have entered into a partnership to provide OHA member hospitals with access to WorkWise, a comprehensive workforce technology platform. This collaboration is designed to support healthcare organizations across Ohio in optimizing labor planning, staffing, and deployment, while enhancing transparency and operational efficiency.
WorkWise offers a vendor neutral approach to labor sourcing, supporting all job categories, per diem, permanent, contingent as well as all roles including nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and non-clinical staff. The platform provides OHA members with:
